Up for consideration is a vintage AKG C414B-ULS condenser mic and clip, a now-discontinued update of the classic C414 series, featuring 4 patterns and a transformer for some of the vintage AKG mojo. This is a great all-rounder mic that can be used for strings, piano, drums, ac. / el. guitars and even vocals. New, these C414B-ULS mics were selling for $1,000 each, so here is a great opportunity to own one in perfect working condition, and save about $500!!!

CLASSIC AKG SOUND
C414B-ULS' still have a transformer, which imparts some vintage AKG character and tone, and imparts a smoothness and musicality to your tracks. The mic is from the Ultra Linear Series, and as the name implies, the frequency response is relatively flat, making these mics excellent for capturing the natural sound of acoustic instruments.
