SOLD Gibson / Maestro Short Vibrola
Complete with Original spacers & screws
From a 1966 SG Junior

Up for sale is a complete Maestro Short Vibrola, complete with the arm, mounting plate, Spring, spacers and even the original screws. It is rare to find the complete vibrola unit for sale with all the original parts intact. The vibrola came from a 1966 SG Junior, but was used also on many other Gibson models in the 1960s.

The unit is is very good condition, and has no known issues. I did notice that arm is not connected via a screw, so the arm is loose when not in use, and does not tighten down to stay in a fixed position. I've seen other units with the screw holding down the arm, so I'm not sure if this is just what they did in 1966, or if people have replaced the connector with a screw, or this is a replacement for the screw.
