Schoeps CMMT

Up for consideration is an very rare vintage Schoeps CMMT 30AFU mic. This is one of the first Phantom Powered mics ever made, and also one of the very first with an active cable. This mic body + capsule was recently serviced by Schoeps, and it has a brand new PSU and new Schoeps active cable with NOS connectors. So here is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get this recently-serviced, rare, vintage, collectable CMMT 30 AFU with a famous M221b series MK240 capsule at less than what you would pay new for the current CMC model!!!

CONDITION
This mic was originally sold to Orchestra Radio Television France, and is enscribed ORTF. The mic is in near mint condition. I had it serviced and Schoeps changed out the original Sogie connector for a gold XLR. The mic runs on negative 12 Volt Phantom Power, and it must be used with the dedicated PSU. Powering this mic on 48V will damage the mic.
The active cable is new from Schoeps made with NOS connectors originally sold to Radio TV France. Also included is an instrument mount, which may be useful for attaching to instruments for a fixed position close mount.
The MK240 is from the famous M221 series, and is optimized for close micing of about 50 CM. It has bass roll-off to compensate for proximity effect, and a slight HF bump.
