Zildjian K Constantinople
16" Crash
Up for consideration is a Zildjian K Constantinople 16" Crash from 2009, weighing in at 1058g. This 16" crash is from the older series K Con series, before they remade the 16" and 18" crash with a different pin-lathe pattern. A lot players prefer the older K Con version -- as they are said to have more of a sweeter sound, with less trashiness than the new pin-lathe version. I personally have owned both versions, and like them both equally well. This 16" K Con Crash was purchased new, and I am the original owner -- and the cymbal is in excellent condition, as it was used in a home studio, and was never gigged or played live. The new 16 " K Con crash sells for $329, so here is a great opportunity to get a great-sounding, now-discontinued, K Con 16" crash in excellent condition, and save over $75!!!
