SHIPPING
Free Insured FedEx Ground shipping is included, and 2nd-Day Air is $25. Signature is required, and I will need a contact phone number for the FedEx delivery label, just in case the driver can't locate you.

NO OBLIGATION RETURN
The V78M come with a no-questions-asked 3-day return policy. If you don't like the preamp for any reason, simply return it for a refund, minus the shipping cost ($40 for Ground and $65 for 2nd-Day Air). I have sold many dozens of high-end mics, pre's and guitars, and nobody as of yet has returned a single item -- but you always have that option if this preamp does not meet your requirements in your own studio setup.

5-YEAR WARRANTY
The 5-year warranty is basically a renewable 2-year warranty, which extends to 5 years if you send your V78M in for service. Since it is a high-end device running on NOS tubes, it is best to periodically check the unit to make sure everything is up to spec. To get the full 5 years, you will need to send in the unit for service before 2 years, and then send it back once more for service within 4 years. There is no charge for the service, and the turnaround time is very quick, but the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
