Up for consideration is a 2013 Cervantes Hauser PE classical guitar and Humicase -- an excellent-sounding, yet modestly-priced Cedar/Palo Escrito classical guitar in near-mint condition. The Hauser PE is from the Made in Paracho / Studio Series, but shares many of the same qualities of the USA-made Cervantes concert series: these guitars have a sweet, bright, yet surprisingly powerful voice -- and still have beautiful tonealty. This is a great all-round guitar that sounds wonderful in several different styles, including classical, folk, latin, Flamenco and jazz. New, the Hauser PE guitar currently sells for $1,575, so here is a great opportunity to own one in near-mint condition, and save about $325, and get a nice Humicase hardshell case!!!

CLASSIC HAUSER SOUND
Hauser PEs have a great powerful voice and sweet, bright tone that defies the medium, intermediate-level price tag. The volume and projection from this guitar is in the the same league as expensive, concert guitars like Ramirez. The solid cedar soundboard is of very high quality, and the beautiful Palo Escrito back and sides give the tone some nice brightness. The guitar is in excellent condition, and you have to look very hard to see any signs of use.

The guitar has excellent sympathetic resonance and sustain, as well as great power and projection, beautifully crisp trebles, and a very even across the registers.
