This P48 body is a shock-mounted CMC5 body with a pop-filter head grill, to give you a vocal mic for any of your CMC capsules (MK4 Cardioid capsule available separately) New, these mics sell for $1,975, but here is a rare opportunity to pick up a CMH body (no capsule) -- for use with ANY of your Schoeps CMC capsules -- to convert it into a top hand-held vocal mic, and save over $1,400!!!

The beauty of CMH body is that you can take any of your CMC capsules and turn them in to a hand-held or shock-mounted vocal mic, a ENG mic, a podium mic, or any other situation where you need the pop filter protection. In fact, you can even use it without the head grill as an extra beefy shockmount in conditions where you need extra environmental isolation.
